By vinifying grapes from our oldest vineyards of the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties, in century-old granite presses at controlled temperatures, we achieved a wine that surprised us with its exceptional quality and high potential.

It was a great joy for us to achieve this result in our first harvest. We could foresee that we might be in the presence of a Grand Reserve and placed the wine in French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation.
