The Quilate Altitude Reserva white is the result of a careful selection of Gouveio and Viosinho from small plots, vinified using the "bica aberta" (open spout) process, slowly fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and aged for six months in French oak barrels to enhance its complexity. It boasts a bright citrus color and intense citrus aromas, evolving into well-integrated mineral notes with its aging in wood.

In the mouth it is full, with lively and enveloping acidity, confirming the freshness and aromatic nuances perceived in the aroma.
