Palate: In the mouth it presents great elegance and structure, with silky and enveloping tannins, very fresh fruit with acidity and alcohol in perfect balance;
Vinification: Partial destemming, maceration and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18ºC;
Grapes: Baga, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Touriga Nacional
