Elegant, greedy, fine-tasting wine with high aging potential.
Made from the oldest vines, in years of excellent productive conditions. Total stemming, treading on foot in granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a mill for 6 days, with continuous work and controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, aging for 16 months in new French oak barrels.
