Deep aroma of ripe black fruits, spices, vanilla, plum and where French oak is integrated in perfect harmony, giving balance, elegance and great complexity.
Elegant with a very concentrated and structured finish. Balanced by final acidity, long with soft tannins.
Made from grapes over 75 years old. Total stemming, treading on foot in granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a mill for 6 days, with continuous work and controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
