Wine with great structure. Elegant with a very long aftertaste.
Made from vines over 65 years old. Total stemming, treading on foot in granite presses. Alcoholic fermentation in a mill for 6 days, with continuous work and controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, ageing for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
