Mineral and fresh wine. Floral notes with citrus hints. Extremely unctuous wine, with an excellent balance between structure and acidity.

Aromas of black fruit, with spicy and smoky notes. Fresh, intense and structured in the mouth, with firm tannins.

Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The grape varieties were vinified separately. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in bottle.

Hot and dry year, especially during the grape ripening phase.

Consumption Range: from immediately to 15/20 years.
