Quinta da Chocapalha Reserva White 2021, 75cl
Fermentation took place for 18 days, at low temperatures, in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, for 9 months, with “batonnage”.
Great color intensity. It presents excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant, fresh wine with a long aftertaste.
