Quinta da Chocapalha Reserva Rosé 2022, 75cl
Must obtained from direct pressing and fermentation took place in French oak barrels at low temperatures. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, for 5 months, with “batonnage”.
Very bright and pale in colour. Intense aromas of orange peel, notes of raspberry and bergamot. In the mouth it is smooth with good texture and a fresh finish.
