These grapes come from our highest-altitude vineyards, where Rabigato, Gouveio, and Viosinho grow on transitional soils between granite and schist, lending freshness and minerality to this Quinta da Extrema blend. The grapes are carefully selected and hand-harvested into 20kg crates, ensuring they arrive at the winery in perfect condition. At the winery, vinification takes place in French oak barrels, in a process designed to respect the natural expression of the grape varieties and terroir.

After 10 months of aging in French oak barrels, the wine is then bottled and spends another year maturing before being ready to be enjoyed.
