These grapes come from the high-altitude vineyards of Quinta da Extrema, planted with Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, and Tinta Francisca, in plots carefully selected for their soil profile and sun exposure. Harvesting is done manually, transported in 20kg crates, ensuring maximum respect for the fruit's integrity. At the winery, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, in a process that enhances the purity of the fruit and the wine's structure.

After 24 months of aging in new French oak barrels, the wine is then bottled and spends another year maturing before being ready to be enjoyed.
