Defined citrine color with abundant greenish tones.
Quite fragrant, intense, reminiscent of orange blossom, apricot, some tropical fruit, alongside smoky notes from the barrel that add complexity to the set.
It appears full-bodied and creamy, but without losing lightness and fineness. Lemonade suggestions give it a lot of freshness and prolong the finish.
Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat, at the entrance to the winery. Gentle pneumatic pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at 15ºC.
