Deep and rich, with notes of wild berries, forest, field herbs, various spices, light barrel smoke.
Full of red and juicy fruit, with a full body involving solid tannins and excellent acidity giving lots of freshness and persistence.
Total de-stemming and prolonged but gentle skin maceration.
Fermented in a mechanical mill at 26ºC for 10 days.
