To crown the Quinta de Cidrô range, they created Cabernet Sauvignon & Touriga Nacional, an original blend between Portugal's most emblematic grape variety and one of the best-known grape varieties in the world and responsible for the quality of great wines worldwide. Cabernet Sauvignon was the first foreign red grape variety to be planted at Quinta de Cidrô, in 1993, joining Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in the initial phase of the project.

Since 2004, with the development of the Quinta de Cidrô range, as a result of its growing demand, this wine has been considered the best approach to Cabernet Sauvingon, taking into account the two predominant aspects of the culture: Experimentation & Innovation and Quality & Persistence.
