Quinta de Monforte
Pressed grape. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and ends in 500L French oak barrels.
Aged in the same barrels for 12 months.
Orange with discreet copper reflections. On the nose it presents notes of apricot, dried white flowers, with a vegetal touch well surrounded by light notes of barrel toast.
In the mouth it is very fresh and mineral, its discreet but firm unctuousness stands out, well combined with a good volume and pleasant persistence.
