Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Reserva White 2021, 75cl
Made exclusively with grapes produced in clayey soils with pebbles on our property, this wine underwent controlled fermentation in French oak and stainless steel, having aged for 8 months on fine lees with battonage.
It has a citrine colour. The aroma is elegant and complex, mentholated notes of fruit and citrus flowers wrapped in soft wood. Balanced, full-bodied and persistent body with unique freshness and fruit intensity.
