Quinta do Cardo
From the Rufete and Tinta Roriz varieties, in high-altitude vineyards. The grapes were harvested manually at the beginning of September and pressed whole bunches.
Only the tears from the first presses were used, to obtain a rosé with a pale color and fresh pearl.
