A very precise, brilliant wine, with great finesse and elegance. On the nose, there are notes of forest fruits such as wild strawberries, but also the evident vegetal aromas so characteristic of the variety (peppers, herbs).

In the mouth it is rich, mineral (limestone), with beautiful acidity and salinity that give it mineral freshness (limestone), good depth on the palate.
