Very deep, almost opaque colour. The nose is complex, marked by ripe wild fruit, with notes of plum, blackberry, dark chocolate and liquorice. On the palate, it is dense and focused, with great concentration and broad tannins, well-defined layers and an enveloping presence. The balanced acidity gives freshness and dynamism to the wine. The finish is long, precise and persistent. A wine with the depth and structure to age for decades. A Nacional at its most complete.
