Quinta dos Muros is a property that has been in the Mansilha family since 1881. It is a farm with steep slopes and closed valleys. It is difficult! It's tough! But at the same time stunning, with a unique beauty and a charm, a magic, that has fallen in love, and continues to fall in love, with the various generations of our family.
Quinta dos Muros is located on the eastern slope of the Pinhão river valley.

The M7 plot, made up of 8 levels, has an average age of vines of 50 years, where we find 30 different grape varieties, including two white varieties (Gouveio and Chasselas), and is located between 440 and 490 meters of altitude with a mainly Northwest exposure. .

What distinguishes this harvest is that being a cooler year, the macerations were more careful, therefore less extractive, resulting in wines with soft and elegant tannins. Their aging ends up being less demanding, and responding well, managing to maintain their profile with less internship. This profile does not deny its origin.
