This white wine, as the name suggests, reflects the true essence of Ventozelo: the richness of the fruit and the complexity of the Quinta's terroir, produced with great patience and dedication. With eight months of ageing and five in the bottle, the result is a wine that stands out for its aromatic amplitude and complexity.

On the nose, it reveals signs of ageing in wood and in the bottle, combining smoky touches, spicy nuances and honey, with fresh notes of citrus peel that appear in the background, in a more discreet way.

On the palate, freshness and complexity resurface, wrapped in a velvety and elegant texture. A complete wine, with a persistent and refined finish.
