António Maçanita
Sexy White 2022, 75cl
Night manual harvesting to ensure that the grapes are fresh, followed by direct pressing without any crushing (the grapes never touch pumps). Then, natural cold decantation, without any additives. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats without any barrels (unoaked).
Citrus yellow colour, with an exuberant aroma of tropical fruits and notes of orange blossom to set the tone. In the mouth, it attacks with good volume where the good fruit is balanced with perfect acidity. The ending is quite persistent.
