Textura Wines Textura da Estrela Jaen Red 2020, 75cl
Unique plot in Vila Nova de Tazem with 28-year-old vines on granite soils. Ferments with indigenous yeasts only in cement vats and with 35% whole bunch followed by 30 days of cuvaison. After aging for the first winter in cement, it ages for 6 months in French oak vats. Bright, open red in color, with a mineral character like stone dust, typical of cement tanks. Light pepper and delicate fruit. Long and precise acidity, this Jaen is dry, harmonious and distinct.
