With the aim of demonstrating the aging potential of wines produced from the berry variety, annually, around 10% of VADIO's production is saved for a relaunch of a 10th anniversary edition.
This wine was bottled at the same time as the original release, having been aged in the bottle in our cellar for a further 7 years.
Respecting the most classic style of the Bairrada region, this wine was made from the berry variety, fermented in small lagares, and aged for 18 months in used barrels.
