Vallado Colheita Red 2022, 75cl
Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Sousão and Vinhas Velhas (field blend).
Around 80% of the grapes come from vines planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons capacity, completely de-stemmed. The must ferments for around a week at 23º-25ºC with an automatic pumping over program.
In the concentrated aroma, ripe red fruits, rockrose and violet stand out.
Good structure in the mouth, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent finish.
