Quinta da Manoella Vinhas Velhas Red 2020, 75cl
The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions on September 28th. The duly selected and partially de-stemmed grapes fermented in a foot-treading press for 10 days. Aging and malolactic fermentation took place in neutral French oak barrels for 22 months.
Aromas of spices, forest fruits and graphite that provide very sophisticated and complex notes. In the mouth, pure flavors of cherry, raspberry and mineral notes predominate. This wine is extremely vibrant, with good tension in the mouth, balanced acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
